What is SQUIDOO?

SQUIDOO is like a Mall and you are the seller. You make a lens about something you like, put some modules with video, pictures and some text, and between this you put eBay, Amazon or other items to sell, you don’t have to be an affiliate to this stores, SQUIDOO is the affiliate and you share the profit with them, they send you money through PayPal.

If you have never been on SQUIDOO, I have some advices for you don’t freak out if you don’t find something, look at the top of the page and click Add Modules there you will find many useful modules; you add links and modify the text style manually.

Important

Before you go to signup on SQUIDOO you must know that you can make $5 after you have earned $15 if you use this link to signup, this way we both win, when you make $15 we both receive $5.

Some SQUIDOO lens resemble with Wikipedia because they have real information, but there are major differences, on Wikipedia you don't find youtube videos and you don't have any products to buy or sell.

On blogs and other websites you find this "SQUIDOO=$money$".

This is the first thing I've heard about SQUIDOO. And I started to ask myself why people will go there and buy from from them, when eventuality they will end up on eBay, Amazon or any other online store.

People don't go at SQUIDOO with the intent to buy something, they go to see your lens and if they like it, you might convince them to buy.

I just saw a lens about Gordon Ramsay show, and after I saw just one video, I was almost ready to buy because the video was funny.

People will buy from your lens if you make your description, your videos and picture appealing to the reader and relevant to the product you try to sell.

This is all the magic, there are no other tricks, you have to attract convince and sell.

And even if nobody is buying, SQUIDOO and other social websites are crawled every day by the search engines, so by having links on your lens to your website, you are driving some traffic and increasing the chance that your website will be on the first page of a search.
